Abstract:
A shoe part body (10) is formed of rubber at the lowest end portion thereof and has shoe bottom patterns (13) provided in an uneven form, a lower mounting member (20) is bound by a coupling part (not shown) by which the upper surface of the shoe part body (10) provided at the lowest end portion and the lower flat part of the lower mounting member (20) are coupled in a prefabricated manner, a lower support bar (30) is made from stainless steel and the bottom part thereof is inserted and mounted in a lower connecting hole (25) formed at the corner of the upper end portion of the lower mounting member (20), a handle part (40) is inserted and mounted in a handle lower hole (42) provided at the bottom part of the handle part (40) in which the upper end portion of the lower support bar (30) is inserted and mounted, handle holes (46) are formed at the center portion of the inner side of the handle part (40), and a quadruped walking exercise starts by holding, in each hand, one handle (45) mounted in the handle hole (46). In addition, an upper support bar (50) is made from stainless steel, and the lower part thereof is mounted so as to be inserted and mounted in a middle upper hole (43) provided at the upper end surface of the handle part (40). The upper end portion of the upper support bar (50) is inserted and mounted in an upper connecting hole (62) formed at the corner of the bottom surface of an upper mounting member (60) in which the upper part of the upper support bar (50) is inserted and mounted, the quadruped walking exercise can start by holding the respective handles (45) in both hands inserted into oval arm passing holes (70), which are formed in an inner space part of the vertical center portion of the upper mounting member (60) and have a inner diameter of 100-180 mm and a length of 400-1400 mm in order to allow the handles (45) mounted in the handle holes (46) to be held by the hands, the oval arm passing holes (70) formed in order to allow the hands to be inserted therein pass through the inner space part of the upper mounting member (60), and the quadruped walking exercise is performed by holding, in both hands, the respective handles (45) mounted in handle mounting holes (46) formed in the inner center portion of the handle part (40).
