A radio unit in which information being transmitted by radio is encrypted or information received through a radio transmission line is decrypted at a radio station. In order to transmit information while encrypting a part to be encrypted thereof surely, the radio unit comprises an encryption object specifying means for specifying a part of the transmitting information where both or any one of the contents and the attributes thereof satisfies predetermined conditions, and a means for encrypting the specified part of the transmitting information or information including that part and transmitting the encryption results by radio.
