Abstract:
Provided are a real-time controller, a distributed control system using same, and an industrial machine, with which a control operation is the same during a learning calculation and an inference calculation. A real-time controller that is connected to a network in a portion of which a deep-learning learning calculation is carried out, and that gathers measurement data measured externally and executes a deep-learning inference calculation, said real-time controller characterized by comprising: a setting holding unit that stores setting information including an input delay time for reference data obtained by a deep-learning learning calculation with regard to reference data among a plurality of measurement data; a time correction unit that stores the measurement data, sets the time after the input delay time has elapsed from an input time of the reference data as the reference data input time and, with regard to data other than the reference data, selects data other than the reference data at a timing that is closest to the time after the input delay time has elapsed; and a calculation unit that executes a deep-learning inference calculation using a data set comprising the reference data and the selected data other than the reference data.
