Abstract:
A red light-emitting member (3), and an LED device and a manufacturing method therefor, relating to the technical field of LEDs. A red light-emitting member (3), consisting of one or more of SrLiAl3N4:Eu2+, CaLiAl3N4:Eu2+, Sr4LiAl11N14:Eu 2+, and Li2Ca2(Mg2Si2N6):Eu2+. An LED device comprises red light-emitting bodies (3). A manufacturing method for the LED device, comprising the following steps: S1: preparing a carrier (1); S2: mounting a blue light-emitting diode (2) on the carrier (1); S3: mixing red light-emitting bodies (3) and a transparent sealing member (4) to form a mixture; S4: dot-coating the top of the blue light-emitting diode (2) and the inside of the carrier (1) with the mixture; and S5: heat-curing the blue light-emitting diode (2) and the carrier (1) dot-coated with the mixture in S3. The red light-emitting member (3) has continuous optical radiation within 600 nm-750 nm, the maximum emission peak is within 650 nm-680 nm, the half-width is not greater than 90 nm, the emission intensity at 730 nm is not less than 30% of the maximum emission peak intensity, low energy loss and high optical radiation power in a long-wavelength region are achieved, matching with a plant lighting phytochrome is implemented.
