Provided is a reflective sheet having a three-dimensional structure, which is manufactured by bending a sheet and comprising a plurality of reflective structures (10), each reflective structure (10) being provided with a bottom portion (11), a plurality of side wall portions (12) and a plurality of connectors (13), wherein the side wall portions (12) are connected to the bottom portion (11) and enclose an opening (14), and two adjacent side wall portions (12) are connected by means of one of the connectors (13); and the side wall portions (12) on the adjacent sides of two adjacent reflective structures (10) are connected at the opening (14), so that the inner sides of the reflective structures (10) maintain flat. A backlight module comprises a bottom frame (20), a reflective sheet arranged in the bottom frame (20), and a plurality of light-emitting units (30) arranged in the reflective structures (10). A display comprises a backlight module and a display panel (40) arranged on the backlight module and capable of receiving light of the light-emitting units (30). In a method for manufacturing a reflective sheet having a three-dimensional structure, the reflective sheet having a three-dimensional structure is manufactured by punching and bending a sheet-shaped substrate.
