Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reflector bowl mounting apparatus for an intelligent LED head lamp. The reflector bowl mounting apparatus comprises a heat dissipation base feeding device, a reflector bowl feeding device and an LED lamp bead feeding device, wherein the heat dissipation base feeding device is used for guiding out a heat dissipation base; the reflector bowl feeding device is used for guiding a reflector bowl out to an outlet position of the heat dissipation base feeding device and for mounting the heat dissipation base and the reflector bowl; the LED lamp bead feeding device is used for guiding and conveying LED lamp beads to the outlet position of the heat dissipation base feeding device and for mounting the LED lamp beads on the heat dissipation base; and when an LED lamp cap is assembled, the heat dissipation base feeding device guides the heat dissipation base out to the outlet position in a specific posture, the reflector bowl feeding device guides the reflector bowl out to a position above the heat dissipation base in a specific posture, the LED lamp bead feeding device guides the LED lamp beads out to a mounting groove in a heat dissipation cover, and then the reflector bowl is mounted on the heat dissipation base. The reflector bowl mounting apparatus can improve the production efficiency of LED lamp caps, and also protect LED lamp cores, thereby ensuring the production quality of the lamp caps.
