Abstract:
This refrigeration cycle device comprises: a refrigerant circuit which is formed from a compressor, a condenser, a decompression device, and an evaporator being connected by piping and circulates a refrigerant, the evaporator having a plurality of partial heat exchangers connected in parallel to each other, the plurality of partial heat exchangers being installed along the vertical direction; a switching device having a plurality of switching valves that are installed so as to correspond to the plurality of partial heat exchangers and switch between a flow path of the refrigerant discharged from the compressor and flowing to the partial heat exchangers and a flow path of the refrigerant evaporated and discharged from the partial heat exchangers in the refrigerant circuit and flowing to the inlet side of the compressor; a flow rate adjustment device that adjusts the flow rate of refrigerant discharged from the compressor to be supplied to a partial heat exchanger to be defrosted; and a control device that performs control to switch the switching valves of the switching device to defrost the partial heat exchangers in order from upper partial heat exchangers to lower partial heat exchangers and cause the partial heat exchangers other than the partial heat exchangers to be defrosted to evaporate the refrigerant.
