Abstract:
A processor of this remote assistance system for remotely assisting autonomous driving of a moving body is configured so as to execute: acquiring an assistance request regarding a request by the moving body; generating instruction information regarding an instruction issued by an operator in response to the assistance request so as to transmit the instruction information to the moving body; collecting determination information regarding a determination issued by the moving body in response to the instruction information; and outputting evaluation information (Ie) by which the operator was evaluated, on the basis of a time gap (Δt) between an instruction timing (to) indicated by the determination information and a determination timing (tj) indicated by the determination information, as transition timing for a dynamic driving task by the moving body.
