Abstract:
The present invention enables an operator to easily ascertain the positional relationship between a work machine (1) and a target. A remote operation assistance system (100) for a work machine (1) comprises: a sensing apparatus (25); a display apparatus (34) for displaying sensing information sensed by the sensing apparatus (25); and a remote apparatus (30) that includes a control apparatus (31) for controlling the display apparatus (34). The control apparatus (31) causes the display apparatus (34) to display a sensing map (41) representing the surroundings of the work machine (1) and regions of interest (52, 53) in said surroundings, and if sensing information contains a target (61a, 61b, 61c) in the surroundings of the work machine (1), causes the display apparatus to display on the sensing map (41) a target object (56a, 56b, 56c) representing the position of the target (61a, 61b, 61c).
