Abstract:
This reservoir element comprises a plurality of units, and each one of the plurality of units is connected to at least one other unit. Each one of the plurality of units is provided with: an input terminal into which a first signal is input; a resistor which is connected to the input terminal; a capacitor which is connected to the resistor on the reverse side from the input terminal, while being positioned between the resistor and the reference potential; a switching element which is connected to the capacitor; and an output terminal which is connected to the switching element. At least one of the plurality of units has an RC time constant that is different from those of the other units.
