Abstract:

This rotor manufacturing method comprises: an insertion process for inserting a shaft into a shaft insertion hole so that the distance between an apex of the shaft insertion hole having a non-circular shape and the outer circumferential surface of the shaft becomes a first distance and the distance between the outer circumferential surface of the shaft and a side of the shaft insertion hole becomes a second distance smaller than the first distance; and a fixing process for fixing the shaft to a laminated core by hydroforming.
