Title:
ROTOR SYSTEM OF A MAGNETOELECTRIC MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/030465
Kind Code:
A3
Abstract:
The invention can be used in autonomous power generation systems that utilize the energy of a fluid, including gases, converting the fluid energy into electrical energy. It can be used in all branches of industry. A rotor system of a magnetoelectric machine comprises a housing with an internal cavity. The housing is closed off on two sides by covers. A stator is rigidly mounted inside the housing, between the housing covers, said stator having channels for the supply and removal of a working fluid. A rotor is mounted via bearings on the stator of the rotary machine, the inner part of said rotor being provided with blades, and the outer part of the rotor being provided with permanent magnets which are magnetized in a radial direction with alternating polarity. A strip casing made of a high-strength non-magnetic material is disposed over the permanent magnets. A stator with windings is mounted externally on the housing. The housing is made of a non-magnetic material, and the rotor is external relative to the stator of the rotary machine. The invention is intended to minimize heat transfer between the components of the rotary machine.
