Abstract:
Provided is a bendable secondary battery which suppresses damage to an exterior body thereof. This secondary battery comprises a positive electrode, a negative electrode, an exterior body that accommodates the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and a protection material positioned between the exterior body and the negative electrode, the protection material having a sheet-shaped member impregnated with an electrolyte. Polyimide is preferably used as the sheet-shaped member. Ionic liquid is preferably used as the electrolyte.
