Abstract:
Provided is a semiconductor device, with which the freedom of layout is high, and which is capable of product-sum operation. A semiconductor device in which a first, a second, and a third layer are formed in the order stated, the first layer having a first cell, a first circuit, first wiring and second wiring adjacent to the first wiring, the second layer having third wiring and fourth wiring adjacent to the third wiring, the third layer having an electrode and a sensor. The first circuit has a switch. The sensor is electrically connected to the third wiring via an electrode and a first plug. A first terminal of the switch is electrically connected to the third wiring via a second plug and a second terminal of the switch is electrically connected to the first cell via the first wiring. The electrode has an area that overlaps the sensor and an area that overlaps a first plug. The first to fourth wirings, respectively, are parallel to each other, and the distance between the third and the fourth wirings is 0.9 to 1.1 times inclusive the distance between the first and the second wirings.
