Abstract:
A sheet metal part machining and cutting system for production of a new energy automobile, comprising an operating platform (1), the bottom of the operating platform (1) being supported by means of supporting devices; a limiting mechanism is provided at one end of the operating platform (1), and a cutting mechanism is provided at the bottom of the operating platform (1); the cutting mechanism comprises a cutting hole (15) provided horizontally at the middle position of the operating platform (1), a motor (25) is provided on one side below the cutting hole (15), the motor (25) is connected to the operating platform (1) by means of a driving mechanism, and a cutting blade (17) is fixedly mounted at an end portion of an output shaft of the motor (25); the top of the cutting blade (17) extends to above the cutting hole (15), a discharge mechanism is provided on the outer side of the cutting blade (17) below the cutting hole (15), the discharge mechanism comprises a protective cover (9) fixedly mounted at the end portion of a housing of the motor (25), the cutting blade (17) is located inside the protective cover (9), a discharge tube (8) is obliquely in communication with and mounted at the bottom of the protective cover (9), and air introduction mechanisms are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the cutting blade (17), each air introduction mechanism comprises a connection disc (35) fixedly mounted at the middle position of an end portion of the cutting blade (17), a plurality of arc-shaped vanes (28) are mounted at equal distances in the circumferential direction on the outer side of the connection disc (35), gaps are left between the arc-shaped vanes (28) and the inner wall of the protective cover (9), and a positioning mechanism is arranged at the end of the protective cover (9) close to the limiting mechanism. The cutting system has a good positioning function, effectively increasing the accuracy of cutting of sheet metal parts; in addition, the cutting system has a scrap adsorption function, thereby reducing the difficulty of subsequent cleaning.
