Abstract:
A new energy automobile part machining assistance apparatus, comprising a U-shaped base (1), the top of the U-shaped base being provided with a clamping mechanism, a U-shaped frame (22) being vertically connected jointly to both ends of the top of the U-shaped base, the middle of the U-shaped frame being provided with a drive member, the drive member comprising a hydraulic cylinder (18) mounted in the middle of the top end of the U-shaped frame, a telescopic end of the hydraulic cylinder penetrating through the U-shaped frame, and a motor (17) being fixedly mounted on the end part thereof by means of a limiting frame, a U-shaped plate (16) being horizontally mounted on the bottom end of the output shaft of the motor, a polishing mechanism being arranged symmetrically on both ends of the U-shaped plate, and the two polishing mechanisms being connected by means of an adjustment mechanism. The present apparatus has positioning clamping, polishing, and dust suction effects, thereby increasing practicability.
