Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the efficiency of reading out a pixel signal in a signal processing device in which pixel rows differing in pixel array are arranged while being spaced out one row apart. [Solution] A signal processing device provided with: a pixel array unit in which a first, second, third and fourth pixel that differ in spectral sensitivity characteristic are arrayed in a matrix; and a pixel signal read-out unit for reading out a pixel signal obtained from each of a plurality of the pixels arrayed in the pixel array unit; the first pixels adjoining the second pixels in the row and column directions; the second pixels being arranged in a 2-pixel pitch in the row and column directions; the third pixels adjoining the second pixels in one diagonal direction; the fourth pixels adjoining the second pixel in the other diagonal direction; and the pixel signal read-out unit adding up the pixel signal obtained from each of a plurality of first pixels and reading out the added pixel signals.
