Abstract:
In the present invention, a slurry for a positive electrode of a lithium ion secondary cell includes a positive electrode active material, a binding material, a conductive material, and an organic solvent. The positive electrode active material is lithium cobalt composite oxide particles that include, on the surfaces thereof, at least one metal oxide selected from the group comprising Mg,Ca, Al, B, Ti,and Zr. The binding material contains a polymer (P1) and a fluorine-containing polymer (P2), and the polymer (P1) contains nitrile group-containing monomer units, (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer units, an alkylene structural unit having four or more carbon atoms, and does not substantially contain hydrophilic group-containing monomer units.
