Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spherical silver powder and a manufacturing method therefor and, more specifically, to a silver powder that can be uniformly sintered by containing a large quantity of closed cavities therein and to a method for easily manufacturing the silver powder through the control of a reaction temperature. In addition, the silver powder has low resistance when sintered, and thus is applied as a component for a conductive paste, and hence, the silver powder can be advantageously used in the manufacture of an electrode for an electronic part, a substrate electrode or circuit for a solar cell or a plasma display panel, and the like.
