Abstract:
The present invention relates to a spoiler device for a vehicle, and a vehicle having same. The spoiler device comprises a spoiler plate; a linkage mechanism, which is connected to the spoiler plate so as to drive the spoiler plate to move; a bottom support, which is adapted to be fixed on a tail gate of the vehicle, a linkage mechanism mounting groove for accommodating the formation of the linkage mechanism on the bottom support; and a connecting support, which is fixed at the bottom of the linkage mechanism mounting groove, such that the linkage mechanism is fixed together with the tail gate by means of the connecting support. The spoiler device of the present invention can optimize a load transmission path, thereby preventing the tail gate from being deformed and damaged.
