In the present invention, a battery exchanging device (100) stores removable batteries (510) to be mounted, in a removable manner, on electric vehicles (50) that use electric power. The battery exchanging device (100) is provided with a processing unit (144) that acquires a predicted receiving quantity which is the quantity of the removable batteries (510) to be received from users utilizing the battery exchanging device (100).
