Abstract:
This switch device is provided with: a glass layer comprising tempered glass; and a switch unit disposed on the back surface side of the glass layer. The thickness of the glass layer is 100 μm to 200 μm, inclusive. The switch unit is provided with a plurality of contacts including a contact that is movable in the vertical direction. When the glass layer is pressed, the glass layer elastically deforms so as to switch between conduction and non-conduction of the plurality of contacts.
