Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a tank internal pressure adjustment device for reducing emission of a flammable gas to the atmosphere when adjusting the internal pressure of a tank, and a tank system. [Solution] A tank internal pressure adjustment device 10 which is connected to a tank 2 storing a liquid or a gas and to a treatment unit 4 for treating a gas discharged from the tank 2 and which adjusts the internal pressure of the tank 2, said tank internal pressure adjustment device 10 comprising a main section 11 which has a main flow path connected to the tank 2 and a branch flow path branched from the main flow path, an intake section 12 which has an intake flow path extending from the branch flow path, a connection section 13 which has a connection flow path extending from the main flow path, an intake opening/closing part 21 which is disposed on the intake section 12 and opens/closes the intake flow path with respect to an intake gas so as to take in the gas when open, and a connection opening/closing part 22 which opens/closes between the main section 11 and the connection section 13 and allows a gas discharged from the tank 2 to pass from the main section 11 to the connection section 13 when open, wherein the connection flow path is connected to a treatment unit 4.
