Abstract:
This terahertz time-resolved spectroscopic device is provided with: a terahertz wave spectroscopic unit 13 which spectrally diffracts a terahertz wave originating from a terahertz wave generating semiconductor 12 into two terahertz waves; a terahertz wave converging unit 14 which causes a terahertz wave that has been transmitted through a sample solution film 101 and a terahertz wave that has been transmitted through a reference solution film 102 to converge; and a terahertz wave detecting semiconductor 15 which detects the converged terahertz waves, wherein the detection is carried out in a state in which the terahertz wave that has been transmitted through the sample solution film 101 and the terahertz wave that has been transmitted through the reference solution film 102 interfere with one another, to make it possible for noise resulting from streak-like waves arising on the sample solution film 101 and noise resulting from streak-like waves arising on the reference solution film 102 to cancel one another out.
