A user equipment mobility management method and apparatus, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: acquiring network access authorization control information, wherein the network access authorization control information is used for determining whether a user equipment has permission to access a network; and sending the network access authorization control information. By means of the solution, a user equipment can know whether same can access a network normally.
