Abstract:
UE's behavior for selecting an NPN for local service is currently studied. However, it has not yet been clarified how the UE behaves when the NPN for local service is not present. When this user equipment (UE) fails in registration and there is no other available fist SPNP, the UE executes SNPN selection not for local service in the SNPN. The first SNPN is an SNPN which indicates that the local service is permitted and which matches local service information.
