Abstract:
Currently, a behavior of UE for selecting an NPN for a local service is being considered. When the UE has selected an NPN, the UE performs a registration procedure with respect to the NPN. However, it is not clear how the UE behaves when the NPN for the local service is present but the registration procedure to the NPN fails. When one or more first SNPNs are present but registration to all the first SNPNs fails due to a failure of position registration, this user equipment (UE) waits until a new first SNPN becomes available, and executes a registration procedure with respect to the new first SNPN which has become available. Each of the first SNPNs indicates that a local service is allowed, and corresponds to local service information.
