This user terminal comprises: a control unit which when a first uplink resource for first uplink information associated with a first traffic type and a second uplink resource for second uplink information associated with a second traffic type are overlapped in time, determines at least one piece of uplink information among the first uplink information and the second uplink information, and one among the first uplink resource and the second uplink resource; and a transmission unit which transmits the uplink information by using the uplink resource. According to an aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to appropriately handle collisions of a plurality of uplink transmissions respectively associated with different traffic types.
