Abstract:
The present invention makes an image easily visible to a driver and makes the driver's visual attention less likely to be excessively distracted. A processor 20 causes an image display unit 11(12) to display an image 200 in a predetermined display area 100 that overlaps the view 300 ahead of a vehicle 1. The speed of approach of the view 300 to the vehicle 1 as the vehicle 1 travels is acquired from a peripheral interface 14, or information from which the approach speed of the view 300 can be estimated is acquired, and the image 200 is displayed so as to appear to approach the vehicle 1 at a first speed that is slower than the approach speed of the view 300.
