Abstract:
Provided is a vehicle information-provision device which is provided with: a history-information storage unit which sequentially acquires, from an on-vehicle device provided to a vehicle having an electric motor as a drive source, at least one from among travel position information, power consumption information, and charging position information, and stores said information as travel history information; a synthesis-route generation unit which generates a synthesis route by referring to the travel history information stored in the history-information storage unit, and synthesizing a plurality of routes travelled by the same vehicle or a plurality of vehicles; and a presentation-information provision unit which provides information related to the synthesis route generated by the synthesis-route generation unit. The vehicle information-provision device is characterized in that, the synthesis-route generation unit, when generating the synthesis route, refers to information related to a travel start point and a travel end point for each travel route included in travel history information, and synthesizes travel routes having travel end points and travel start points which are within a prescribed spatial range.
