In the present invention, at least one of travel position information, power consumption information, and charging position information is sequentially acquired from a vehicle-mounted device mounted in a vehicle having an electric motor as the drive source, and accumulated as travel history information, and when referring to the accumulated travel history information and determining a route to present, a route to present that is identical or similar to a planned route is determined, and at least one unit of information via charging and the power consumption corresponding to the route to present is provided. Also, provided is a vehicle-information-providing device characterized in that when providing the information, when it has been determined that a privacy location determined to pertain to privacy is included in the route to present, the information is provided in a form such that routes in the vicinity of the privacy location cannot be identified.
