Abstract:
[Problem] To protect personal information such that the user-friendliness of a vehicle service providing system is not compromised to the extent possible. [Solution] A vehicle 2 of a system 1 for providing a service has: an in-vehicle camera 55 capable of capturing an image of an occupant of the vehicle 2; and a vehicle control unit 65. A server device 5 includes an output unit 13 and a server control unit 18. The vehicle control unit 65 cuts out an image region of the face of the occupant from the image captured by the in-vehicle camera and generates patch information and point cloud information of the face in the cut-out occupant face image 71. The vehicle control unit 65 subjects a sample face image 81 to morphing processing that uses the patch information and point cloud information of the occupant face image 71, and generates a morphed face image 100 to be transmitted to the server device 5 in place of the occupant face image.
