Abstract:
[Problem] To protect personal information such that the convenience of a vehicle service provision system does not suffer extreme impairment. [Solution] A vehicle control unit 65 of this vehicle service provision system 1 generates luminance for the face of an occupant in a captured image acquired by an in-vehicle camera 55. The vehicle control unit 65 assesses and selects, from a plurality of acquired sample facial images, an image having the highest degree of similarity of luminance. The vehicle control unit 65 performs a morphing process for making the selected sample facial image more similar to the face of the occupant, and generates a morphing facial image and transmits the same. A server control unit 18 of a server device 5 of the vehicle service provision system 1 outputs the morphing facial image generated by the morphing process from an output unit 13 in place of the image of the face of the occupant.
