Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of driving assistance, and specifically discloses a visual identification-based driving assistance system and method. The system comprises: a first image acquisition module, configured to acquire image data outside a vehicle; a driving control module, configured to acquire vehicle driving data and accelerator pedal strength data; and an assistance module, configured to determine the environment outside the vehicle according to the image data outside the vehicle, configured to determine the current state of the vehicle according to the driving data, if the state of the vehicle is vehicle moving or parking, determine according to the driving track of the vehicle and the environment outside the vehicle whether there is an obstacle on the driving track, and if there is an obstacle, calculate a distance between the vehicle and the obstacle, and further configured to calculate an estimated strength of the accelerator pedal according to a preset alert value and the distance between the vehicle and the obstacle, determine whether the accelerator pedal strength data exceeds the estimated strength, and if yes, generate alarm information. According to the technical solution in the present application, the safety of a vehicle and a driver can be ensured in a parking or vehicle moving scene, and the probability of accidents can be reduced.
