Abstract:
Disclosed is a wheel hub motor having a built-in charging system, comprising a housing, a motor shaft, etc.; a stator assembly comprises a stator iron core and a stator support which are connected to each other; a winding coil is wound around the stator iron core, and the motor shaft passes through the housing, the stator support and a rotor assembly; the rotor assembly and the housing rotate around the stator assembly by taking the motor shaft as an axis; a motor wire assembly passes through the motor shaft to be connected to the stator assembly; and the wheel hub motor comprises an insulation cooling liquid and a charging system, the insulation cooling liquid being located in the housing, and the charging system being provided on the stator support. In the present invention, the charging system is provided on the stator assembly, and is integrated with the motor in space, saving space. In addition, as the interior of the housing is a sealed space, the charging system is prevented from corrosion of dust and moisture from an external environment. The two heat-generating assemblies, i.e. the charging system and the stator assembly, are provided together for centralized heat dissipation, which is also beneficial to increasing heat dissipation efficiency.
