Abstract:
Provided is a wind-speed measurement device that has a simple configuration and high measurement accuracy and can be manufactured cheaply. The present invention comprises a fixed-temperature heat-emitting device 10 that emits heat at a predetermined set temperature. The fixed-temperature heat-emitting device 10 comprises a power source Vcc, a heat-emitting element 21 (positive thermistor elements PCT1-PCT3), a switching element Q1, a comparator element Cmp1, a first negative thermistor element NTC1, and a plurality of resistance elements R1-R5. The heat-emitting element and the first negative thermistor NTC1 are arranged at a wind-speed measurement point. The switching element Q1 switches on and off to make the heat-emitting element 21 emit heat at the set temperature. Pulsed voltage is applied to the heat-emitting element 21 from the power source Vcc, and the wind speed at the wind-speed measurement point is calculated on the basis of the waveform of the applied pulsed voltage.
