A wire harness routing structure for a vehicle, enabling a first wire harness to be more easily connected to a junction box. A wire harness routing structure (10) for a vehicle, provided with: a first wire harness (18) routed within the engine compartment (14) and connected to a battery (16) provided within the engine compartment (14); a second wire harness (58) routed within the passenger compartment (22) and connected to an electrical device (60) provided within the passenger compartment (22); a dash panel (24) for separating the engine compartment (14) and the passenger compartment (22) from each other and having formed in a part thereof a communication opening (26) for connecting the engine compartment (14) and the passenger compartment (22); a connection section (20) connected to the battery (16) through the first wire harness (18); a connection receiving section (48) which is disposed so as to be exposed from the communication opening (26) toward the engine compartment (14) side and is connected to the connection section (20) through the communication opening (26); and a junction box (50) provided within the instrument panel (28) and relaying between the connection receiving section (48) and the second wire harness (58).
