Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conveyance system, having two tray stages on which a tray capable of storing a display panel is placed; a camera which reads optically readable data recorded on the display panel and a robot which conveys the display panel toward the camera, the conveyance system being capable of narrowing a moving range of a panel holding part of the robot in such a direction that two tray stages align in reading data on the display panel with the camera, even when optically readable data is recorded at various positions of the display panel.SOLUTION: The conveyance system is configured as follows: in reading optically readable data recorded on a display panel 2 with a camera 41, a robot conveys the display panel 2 above the camera 41 so that end faces 2d, 2e of the display panel 2 are in parallel to an X direction and conveys the display panel 2 so that a data recording part 2a of the display panel 2 is disposed on the side nearer to a tray stage 7 than the center of the display panel 2 in a Y direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
