Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature monitoring system for measuring temperatures of rollers on carrier side and return side of a belt conveyor.SOLUTION: A temperature monitoring system 2 includes: rails 21L, 21R laid along a conveyance direction of a conveyor device 1; traveling mechanisms 24L, 24R capable of traveling on the rails 21L, 21R; lifting mechanism 25L, 25R capable traveling at least between carrier side and return side of the conveyor device 1, on the side of the conveyor device 1; thermo cameras 26L, 26R retained on the lifting mechanisms 25L, 25R; and a monitoring controller 23 which measures a temperature of a roller from the side with the thermo cameras 26L, 26R and monitors temperatures of a carrier roller C1 and others on the basis of temperature information output from the thermo cameras 26L, 26R.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
