Abstract:
To provide a transformer device capable of efficiently releasing heat to the outside with a simple configuration without performing complicated insulation processing between the primary side and the secondary side even when downsizing of the device is achieved.SOLUTION: A transformer device main body 1a that includes a generally cylindrical bobbin (10), a primary coil winding layer 12P constituted by an insulating tape 12a and a copper foil 12b and a secondary coil winding layer 22S constituted by an insulating tape 22a and a copper foil 22b, which are wound on the circumferential surface of a bobbin main body (10a) of the bobbin (10), a core portion inserted into a cylindrical body hollow portion of the bobbin (10) to form a substantially U-shaped magnetic path, and an inter-coil radiator (14) for discharging the heat generated in the coil portion to the outside, which is sandwiched between the primary coil winding layer 12P and the secondary coil winding layer 22S wound on the circumferential surface of the bobbin main body (10a) is accommodated in a metal case 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
