Abstract:
To provide a mixing and kneading method by which granule/powder and a liquid can be uniformly mixed and kneaded without consumption of physical energy and without possibility of pollution of ambient environment.SOLUTION: A prescribed resin-made sealed bag (1), which has flexibility and comprises a leakage prevention valve (3) which prevents leakage of a content to the exterior, is used. A specified quantity of granules (5) and powders are previously encapsulated in the resin-made sealed bag (1). A liquid is added into the resin-made sealed bag (1) via the leakage prevention valve (3), and the resin-made sealed bag (1) is shaken, whereby the granules (5)/powders and the liquid are mixed and kneaded. In the meantime, shaking is performed in such a manner that the resin-made sealed bag (1) is inputted into a rotary drum (9) of which a rotation axis is inclined and on an inner peripheral surface of which plural projections (24) are provided, and the rotary drum (9) is rotated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
