Abstract:
To early detect deterioration of an installation state of a tool to a main spindle.SOLUTION: A tool installation state estimation system 1 comprises: a measurement tool 140 comprising a body part 143 having a tapered outer surface 141 which is common to a tool 150, and a vibration source 144 which is installed on the body part 143 and generates vibration; a sensor 2 which is provided on a main spindle 112 which pulls the tapered outer surface 141 of the measurement tool 140 into a tapered inner surface 112a and brings both into close contact with each other, and detects the vibration which is generated at the vibration source 144 and is propagated to the main spindle 112 side via the tapered outer surface 141 and the tapered inner surface 112a; and an estimation part which estimates an installation state of the tool 150 on the basis of the vibration detected by the sensor 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
