Abstract:

To enable a user to receive a service according to a license prescribed by a license card ((CAS (Conditional Access System) card)), by a mobile terminal like a mobile phone.

A service distribution system distributes services via a network by using license cards provided with preliminarily authenticated licenses. When the user receives a service at his or her outing destination, a license is transferred from a license card 12 to a mobile terminal 15 to make the mobile terminal and the license cooperate with each other, and a prepaid ticket is issued to and preserved in the mobile terminal. When the user receives the service by the mobile terminal, the charge for use of the service is paid by the prepaid ticket.
