Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing inconveniences in performance display.SOLUTION: In the case where mini-character notice performance is executed when an operation memory number of a special symbol increases, a performance control part 126 transmits a performance display command to which no display destination layer information is imparted to a display control part 126 and instructs display of performance. The display control part 126 acquires a value of a display layer pointer updated every display of the mini-character notice performance, acquires a layer associated with the pointer value acquired with reference to an association table, and instructs a VDP 152 to draw an object designated by the performance display command in the layer. According to the embodiment, the performance control part 126 entrusts management of the display destination layer to the display control part 126 and simply controls execution of the mini-character notice performance, and can prevent batting of the display destination layer. Also, an increase in the number of performances that can be displayed in the same period can be flexibly dealt with.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 54
