Abstract:
To provide a power conversion device for tension control that performs tension control without information on a coil diameter, in a winding machine for winding a linear material.SOLUTION: A power conversion device 1 comprises: an inverter main circuit unit 20 for driving a motor 3; a PWM control unit 11; a current detection unit 21 for detecting three-phase AC current; a first coordinate conversion unit 130 for converting the three-phase AC current to d-axis current and q-axis current; a torque current control unit 100 for calculating a q-axis voltage reference on the basis of deviation current obtained by subtracting the q-axis current from a torque current reference designated from the outside; a field current control unit 110 for calculating a d-axis voltage reference from a field magnetic flux obtained by adding a field magnetic flux designated from the outside and a field magnet magnetic flux correction value based on the deviation current; and a second coordinate conversion unit 120 for converting the q-axis voltage reference and the d-axis voltage reference to three-phase AC voltage. The PWM control unit controls the inverter main circuit unit on the basis of the three-phase AC voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
