Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption at a time of high voltage input while allowing a wide range of an input voltage.SOLUTION: At the time of start-up of a switching power supply device, a constant current I is supplied from a constant current circuit 15 to a control circuit 21 via a separation circuit 16. On the basis of a voltage generated in a control winding 13b of a transformer 13, a switching element 14 is turned on/off by the control circuit 21 to activate a device. After start-up, the constant current circuit 15 is separated by the separation circuit 16 and operation is suspended. When an output voltage Vout is unstable and no voltage becomes supplied from the control winding 13b, the constant current circuit 15 is reconnected by the separation circuit 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
