PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a canine skin T-cell lymphoma derived cell line.SOLUTION: Establishment of a cell line derived from a case without currently available cell lines and establishment of a xenotransplant experimental system using a cell line for elucidating the pathology of CTCL and developing a novel treatment based on the pathology. Specifically, a canine skin T-cell lymphoma cell line was established which was derived from canine skin T-cell lymphoma that has cell heteromorphism, contains granules in the cytoplasm, is CD8α positive, is interleukin-2 positive and expresses as a CCR4 functional receptor.SELECTED DRAWING: None
