Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate and form fiber forming layers with different density with any thickness and control and constitute an intended space structure in side of a fiber molded body.SOLUTION: A fiber forming layer constituting a fiber molded body is constituted by a composite fiber. The composite fiber consists of a hydrophobic polymer and a hydrophilic polymer. A manufacturing method of the composite fiber has a first polymer dissolving process for dissolving a first polymer into a first solvent to obtain a first polymer solution, a second polymer dissolving process for dissolving a second polymer different from the first polymer in a second solvent which is incompatible to the first solvent, an emulsion preparation process for preparing an emulsion liquid by mixing the first polymer solution and the second polymer solution, a voltage apply process for applying voltage to the emulsion liquid and a discharge process for discharging the emulsion liquid after the voltage apply process.SELECTED DRAWING: None
