To provide a package collection system capable of using a delivery box without disclosing information necessary for unlocking such as a personal identification number etc. to a third party.SOLUTION: A package collection system 50 comprises: a control unit 13 for acquiring reservation information for an available box specified by a user and a user's personal identification number for unlocking the available box; and a second communication unit 12 for transmitting information such as the location of the specified available box on a management device 1 to a delivery agency via a sales system 4 or directly.
