Abstract:

An acoustic reproduction device reproduces a sound wave at the listener position. The acoustic reproduction device is provided with a correction processing unit that corrects an audible spectrum signal that has a frequency in the audible spectrum, a carrier signal oscillator that generates a carrier signal, a modulator that outputs a modulated signal obtained by modulating the carrier signal with the audible spectrum signal corrected by the correction processing unit, and a sound emitting unit that outputs a sound wave according to the modulated signal output from the modulator. The correction processing unit corrects the audible spectrum signal based on the distance from the sound emitting unit to the listener position. The acoustic reproduction device can reproduce an audible spectrum signal that is highly faithful to the original audible spectrum signal regardless of the listener position.
